It seems that you are suffering from constipation for several days. I believe that the consumption of fruit and laxatives can take, if not by all means a mild laxative, such as fill it with gas and needed to all this pressure and the contents of your colon in May to relieve you drink plenty of fluids. Also prune juice is a natural laxative.

Try sits on a heating pad on your stomach. If this does not work, try a glycerin suppository.

Go get some Miralax to control a related dust. Mix one cap with a juice and should work in one or two days. You can every day to ensure that it is clogged again.

* Try fruit, the "soft" eat well as papaya.
* Avoid fruit that is not cured, "can" of the bowel such as bananas.
* Do you eat green leafy vegetables.
* Drinking coffee and cream.
* If all else fails, drink senna tea before meals. (These are known as the "Slimming tea")
