I'm 13 and have flat feet. I had leg cramps during the last 4-5 years. I went to the podiatrist and custom orthotics for the feet. I have no statement at all. I needed the funny guy because he did not go to hard. So I had for a year and gives me cramps in my legs. So the question is ... What is the next therapeutic option available to me, after having braces? Thank you ...
