How can I select the best 529 college savings account for my sons in NJ? ? - college savings iowa

I live in New Jersey with my 2 kids 3-1/2 to 11 and now I have maybe a 529 College Savings Account for each NJ. I am convinced that the accounts are not due to high fees and expenses, and my contributions tax deductible. 529 I want to switch to another, but I have problems with the election. I would avoid brokerage accounts because of the cost of sales and accounted for directly. I've heard that offered in Utah, Iowa and New York through the forehead, all 529s are very good. Does anyone have the input, leading to treatment in this decision or, better yet, the status of the 529 would be better for New Jersey resident? Thank you.
